How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt email.
- Include your order number if you have it.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record once checkout opens, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donations made on Ko-fi are gifts, not license purchases, and are handled under Ko-fi's own policies.
After a refund
Please remove the key from your Macs and stop using it; refunded keys may be blocked in a future update. You can keep using KelpShot as the free trial version.
After 14 days
We generally can't refund purchases older than 14 days, but if something went wrong, for example KelpShot doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it, please write to us and we'll do our best to help.
