KelpShot
In short: buy once, use KelpShot on up to 2 Macs, get all 1.x updates, and get a refund within 14 days if it isn't for you.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the KelpShot app and this website, provided by Harry Suryapambagya ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or purchasing KelpShot you agree to them.
2. Free trial
You may use every feature of KelpShot free for 30 days. After the trial, KelpShot keeps working and shows an occasional reminder to buy a license.
3. License
- A license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It gives one person a personal, non-transferable right to use KelpShot on up to 2 Macs they own or control, for personal or commercial work.
- Your license includes all updates within the same major version (for example 1.x). A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade; the version you bought keeps working.
- License keys are checked on your Mac; there is no activation server. To move the license, remove it from a Mac you no longer use (Settings ▸ Remove License) before entering it on another.
- You may not share or resell license keys, or modify, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the licensing of KelpShot, except where the law expressly allows it.
4. Purchases and payment
License checkout is not open yet. When it opens, our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all orders, who provides customer service for payments and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Donations toward the Apple Developer Program fee are made through Ko-fi under Ko-fi's terms. They are voluntary gifts, not purchases, and do not buy a license or any other product.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy: full refunds within 14 days of purchase.
6. Revocation
A license key that has been shared publicly, obtained fraudulently, refunded, or charged back may be blocked in a future KelpShot update, and you must stop using it. Because keys are checked offline, blocking takes effect when that update is installed.
7. Your content
Screenshots and edits you make with KelpShot belong to you. KelpShot processes them on your Mac and we never receive them.
8. Disclaimer
KelpShot is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Always check that a redaction covers what you intend before sharing an image.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to KelpShot is limited to the amount you paid for your license, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost data or profits.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
